Sometimes you need to know where your property boundaries are. And it is not always safe to assume that fences and hedges are on the boundary. Rad Surveying can define and peg your boundaries for you. Rad Surveying Limited are Licensed Cadastral Surveyors. To become a licenced surveyor a Bachelors degree in Surveying and rigorous testing and practical experience in surveying techniques is required. All surveyors conducting land title surveys must be licensed in this field.
Reyburn and Bryant are a long established Northland based Planning and Surveying firm servicing from Auckland through to Kaitaia including Orewa, Warkworth, Wellsford, Mangawhai, Whangarei, Paihia, Russell and Kerikeri. The company was founded in 1965 by the original directors David Reyburn and Selwyn Bryant. The current directors have been in partnership since 2005 and since then business has grown exponentially.
Rural subdivision is the division of larger areas of land into smaller units to allow more intensive land use for specific activities; or the rearrangement of land titles into blocks more appropriate to their actual or intended uses; or the amalgamation of adjoining blocks of land.Only Licensed Cadastral Surveyors are legally empowered to undertake the subdivision of land, but this is just one step in the process. You will also likely need to engage the services of engineers, landscape designers, drainage specialists and lawyers.
